- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I highly recommend this very professional and friendly Physio office. I started treatment at Best Health Physio 6 months ago. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. Jim Baggs is a highly experienced physiotherapist who treated me with both physio and acupuncture to relieve my troublesome TMJ, chronic pain from muscular tension in my neck, back and hips and a bad case of insomnia. I have had incredibly good results and am now 95% pain free, have more energy, my sleeping has improved greatly and I can think more clearly. I feel happy again.
